Brian Kirschner grabbed Fitzpatrick at +2800 citing a perfect convergence of course history, recent finishes, and late-season motivation. Fitzpatrick has gone T8 or better in his last two starts (The Open and Wyndham), is gaining in every strokes-gained category, and owns multiple high finishes at TPC Southwind. Kirschner believes those factors make the Englishman under-the-radar outright value in a field where Scheffler’s short number inflates everyone else’s odds.
