Cooter Doodle said Bryce Young is a buy for managers who like to wait on quarterback. She reminded readers that after Carolina’s Week 11 bye last season Young threw at least one touchdown in every game and tacked on four rushing scores, producing weekly fantasy finishes of QB14, QB8, QB20, QB18, QB2, QB19 and QB1 while averaging roughly 230 passing yards. The Panthers then spent a 2025 first-round pick on wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan, giving Young a "new, shiny weapon" to amplify that late-season momentum. If Young maintains his post-bye efficiency and quickly meshes with McMillan, Doodle believes he can smash his current price as a late-late-round quarterback.
