Scott Engel laid the points with Dallas at -4.5 on DraftKings, saying the matchup tilts heavily toward the Cowboys. Engel cited Russell Wilson’s feeble Giants debut (17-for-37, 168 yards, 44 rushing yards) and his diminished mobility at age 36 as reasons New York’s offense will stall again. He noted the Giants have been outscored 89-12 across their last three Week 1 games and generated only 231 total yards in the opener. Dallas, meanwhile, has taken 15 of the past 16 meetings, and despite trading Micah Parsons still fields a nasty front that just added Kenny Clark. Offensively Dak Prescott completed 76.6 % of his throws in Week 1 even with several drops, while CeeDee Lamb (7-110) and new bell-cow Javonte Williams (2 rushing TDs) give Dallas multiple paths to a touchdown-plus victory. Engel expects the Giants’ defense to tire from constant short drives, allowing the Cowboys to cruise past the 4.5-point number.
