Kenny G is taking the Angels at plus 124 as road underdogs against the Astros. Despite the Angels recent tough loss (14-3) and ongoing bullpen issues (5.45 ERA), he likes Tyler Anderson in this one. Anderson's most recent outing against Cleveland was excellent, allowing just one hit over five innings with five strikeouts, despite a costly home run. Astros are starting bullpen arm Ryan Gusto, who is making a spot start and pitches limited innings. The Astros bullpen has been just okay (3.77 ERA), and despite scoring 14 runs last game, their offense has struggled significantly overall this year. Kenny feels the Angels offense, led by Mike Trout's power surge, represents better value backing Anderson versus Houston's unknown early bullpen performance.
